I wouldn't expect the company to say anything before the CC and maybe not even then. Most likely, they're all lawyered up and can't say anything until they have restatements done (if there are any), have reviewed all prior disclosures to clarify whatever was omitted or misleading (if that was the case), and confident no criminal charges are pending.

Right now accountants and lawyers are probably scrambling like crazy to make sure everything is correct before they utter a peep.

Wonder how long this has been in the works and how the SEC got involved.
