I want some action taken too. Wish these guys go to jail for what they do. They try to pump some money in the market by paying the promoters and then run away taking all the profits out. They will suddenly release some stupid PR again after sometime when they(or their relatives) accumulate some shares.
I never got a reply from Jim Wheeler, he's such an as*#le. I wonder how you got a reply back. Please find out what else we can do. I am going to search more on my end too. Anyone reading this post, please complain to SEC here http://www.sec.gov/complaint/selectconduct.shtml.
