Matter of fact when I pulled up that company on the SEC I got this laughing noise. Now Perch when I took DD 101 it was right between recess and lunch they taught me that the first thing you do when you invest in a company you do an SEC search. Could you tell me how you did your DD looked over there or were you spending too much time doing DD on BEHL.
