i think anyone who was thinking about buying this stock that hasnt already is just waiting for this deal to get done...it has lingered for a long time now, and finally they are in the "final stage" of negotiations...so maybe getting in before a possible run up rather than in the middle of it...or maybe im being too simple, who knows...but i would expect if theres no pr later today that there would be one on monday morning.
