100M shares at .04 is $4M.

That's a drop in the bucket when you have $350M

If I were Dean and knew I had to dilute at shareholders expense to survive, I would buyback all the way to a dime or so then release the hounds.

Now that would be an amazing payback to the patience of shareholders who believed.
