Altair, I think you've got it right. And this Holiday season is going to go a long way to solidify Apple's position. And.... IF they come out with a Flash version next quarter - well, that could catch some of those buyers that were not quite ready to shell out the bucks for a full iPod or mini for the holiday.

And it totally avoids cannibalization of iPod sales this quarter. If that is their strategy, I think it will work well.
