DeGen - Instead of paying those signing bonuses they can pay Mucho for operator percentages in our blocks, 4 and 11. If there are no signing fees for our blocks, would our partners still have to pay signing fees to the government? I think not. That really puts a premium on our blocks.

Actually I think they are going to have a hard time selling a lot of those blocks without the seismic. It's really hard to believe they have postponed these auctions for over 6 years and still no Seismic to dress up their product.
