FWIW,

I did did 50 views in logged-out mode and also didn't get a single popup.

Of the 50 views, more than half were for University of Phoenix, about 5 for AT&T wireless, 4 for Matchmaker.com, 3 for Investors Business Daily, and the remaining 20 or so for various stock-tout services.
