patchman, you do not have any evidence that SPNG is pump and dump scheme.......if you do please provide links that 3rd party verifiable content. Thus far,all that the SEC is saying and I am writing this verbatim.."alleges" SPNG, SM and MM of wrong doings........nothing proven so far!!
