Sure was some lively discussion on the board last night. I have been awake since about 1:30 or so and when I stay up all night my mind tends to ponder things going on around me. Being unemployed “but still working” I spend a lot of time monitoring this board I tend to post frequently as well sometimes exhausting my free limit of 15. This morning’s pondering centers around visits to the board by former or sometimes disgruntled shareholders. These posters have every right to post here as much as the long term and semi long term holders of BEHL stock which I guess I would be in the latter of the aforementioned groups. Let’s get back to my ponderings, the former or disgruntled shareholders tend to have problems with Dennis Fish, the CEO of Biocentric Energy. The consistent claim is that Dennis Fish cannot be counted on to fulfill forward looking statements released in the form of a PR. So these former or disgruntled shareholders post claims that Dennis is just trying to sell stock, a sensible argument would be why would Dennis Fish just be trying to sell stock, heck he has never been paid for 1 minute of his time or effort he has provided BEHL so how would Dennis benefit from selling stock. Another claim is about the PBR being not completed, that one’s easy, the already improved generation 2 pbr is going thru a metamorphous of its own. RWE recommended different mechanisms that would make the Gen 2 better and less expensive so now we have a Gen 3. RWE had also negotiated a control mechanism from Siemens that is state of the art so now you could say we have a GEN 3.5 and we are awaiting arrival of parts to complete assembly. Now as far as people leaving and going different directions with other companies, hmmm, BEHL is an upstart and circumstances change on a daily basis so do the needs of personnel matter of fact, the only person I don’t want to see leave would be Dennis Fish. WHY!!!??? Dennis put this company together and Dennis has the vision to carry this company into the future. Well that’s the end of my pondering this morning. I look forward to seeing all of you on the board again today.
