I was the first to post this and also the menger news here.. (good DD, thanks, that I am not alone)..

I knew a long time ago that this was gona happen, becourse there is no other company who would menger in a normal situation with tphm becourse it has no rev./prod. for years and they also printed its fantasie in 2007 to menger.. lol

This is scam in my opinion and DD..

I got this stock for free on the other scam Ivoi for 2 years ago.. Ivoi is worthless to.. (0.0001) lol

2 people make victims here with spam.. to try to get invested here, look out, its a big risk to lose your money..
Smart trayders trade, and take profit as quick as posible..

I am waiting for the 10Q to see if dilution continius..
