There are a million ways, but I’ll go off the one I used before superbowl. Say SM decides he wants to give all shareholders in spongetech a video dividend, so each share of SPNG is entitled to 1 DVD copy of the girls from the “secret SPNG video”, testing spongebob out in the tub. Each DVD is autographed, and given a individual number, because SM knows how much the NSS likes to counterfeit. The naked shorts couldn’t deliver a billion unique autographed copies, so they would be forced to cover the counterfeit illegal shares they sold into the market.
