I know this got tossed around various boards this morning but I thought I'd revisit it with some of my observations.

I believe what was posted to that site last month actually does have some forbearance to events this week.

Says they are in default but at the bottom it says:

"Important Notice: Entities with a December 2009 annual list due date whose lists were received by December 31, but have not yet been processed due to processing backlog, may show as in “Default” in the Business Entity Search until all December filings are processed. We expect completion of these filings by February 20th."

The divi was filed for 1/14 and the share structure popped up on the second page Sunday unless I just completely missed it before. I bet once they approve the list of officers the divi will be good to go.

Just a hunch. Who knows.
