I don't think you can go wrong either way PK. I'm holding only cause I think I've probably accumulated more then my fair share. lol

That being said I'm hoping we get an update within a week.

Says they are in default but at the bottom it says:

"Important Notice: Entities with a December 2009 annual list due date whose lists were received by December 31, but have not yet been processed due to processing backlog, may show as in “Default” in the Business Entity Search until all December filings are processed. We expect completion of these filings by February 20th."

The divi was filed for 1/14 and the share structure popped up Sunday. I bet once they approve the list of officers the divi will be good to go.

Just a hunch. Who knows.
