SPNG registration gets revoked by the SEC for SPNG's failure to file financials with the SEC?

Are we required to file fanancials on the grey's????? Please provide link.

Regardless, why would they revoke a company selling $30 million dollars of sponges a month, all over the world, to the worlds largest retailers? I think out of the United States top 30 retailers, we are in like 20 of them, and 3 out of the top 4.

They revoke scams, is a company that sells $30 MILLION DOLLARS A MONTH A SCAM??
