I agree with you. The only thing is I think a lot of us are so focused on the volatility of the stock price we've forgotten all of the good reasons we invested in the first place.

I don't agree necessarily that management has stepped all over it. From this perspective, it's hard to tell because I don't feel I have enough information to judge. Nor do I think I should judge a company's performance over such a short time. Deal making takes time and yes, missing the proxy deadlines and the reasons given for the CFO departure and a few other things might be stumbles, but if they're making a few mistakes while keeping the balls in the air, that's what matters in the end.

They might need a COO, hard to say. Sounded like they did have plans to expand the staff. I like the fact they're not going hog wild adding administrative overhead.

Time will tell. Maybe I'll be eating a pair of dirty socks after the CC.
