HS is an old time shareholder, sad to see his departure. Perhaps this is much more difficult of a process than we ever imagined, myself included. I bought the fairy tale ending like the rest of you.
That being stated, I still think the offering gets done, but we're probably looking at much lower valuation in my opinion. CYRXD is backed into a corner, the lenders know it. They control our destiny, they will dictate
to us, not the other around, I certainly don't blame LS for our situation, I honestly believe he was played.
I'm going to FINALLY say my goodbye to the board, I know I've mentioned that previously, but this time it's for real, better opportunities else where for my investment dollars.
I'm still long shares, and still believe the company has a viable product and a great business model.
I will quietly move on now, and wish each ever one you, health, happiness and peace.
