Good research. Your $HK/$US conversion rates are correct. Some of the $6M in 2007 was from licensing revenue (less than $500k). But as far as the cards, it's a huge markup sans transportation and promotional costs. Last quarter, they sold 1.4 million cards. I'm not sure how many they sold in 2007, but let's say 4.0 million for the entire year. Tak Shun reported $192k revenue from game cards, which would amount to around 5 cents per card in manufacturing cost, which is a number I think I heard on one of the previous calls.
