You said 'I would think as an informed investor you would want to be notified via an 8k, or at least a pr, when a major change in company management occurs. Like the President leaving. But I guess that is not a significant event to Fisher and thus didn't feel the shareholders needed to know.'

So you knew it was pr'ed yet you claimed that we never got the information? Interesting.
