Ok I get it, and you were right it does appear to be an increase in shares

Total share count at egmi increases at a faster pace than tricadia’s increase in share purchases, making its proportion less, but it is still an increase in shares.

Not exact numbers but egmi outstanding was roughly
08 about 57 million
Now about 70 million
