Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp (CCAJ)

I really want to buy some of this emerging green companies stock, I can't seem to find any legitimate information sources on CCAJ. I went to the SEC and they have no information, Pinksheets had information dated way back in 2008. This board seems to be it's only source of info and the last time I bought stock on a company where only a discussion board controlled the info I found it was being ran from a single employees home in Florida. I certainly do not want to make that mistake again.
