Ok Brett, did you ask about the impending financial stability of the company? At the moment, they're about to run out of shares. I had originally thought in about 10 weeks, but did not consider their float. So IMO, if they are at about 14.7 Bn shares O/S now, selling off about 1 Bn every 12 trading days now, thats (giving the benefit of doubt), 27-28 trading days away from having to dip into the float...dont see that happening either. That puts us about March 27th or let say for the sake of argument...April 1 before we really see where the direction of this company goes. Here are some facts (not bashing) to consider:

-The company cannot increase the A/S, that would be a disaster
-The company has to have investment capital-its already stated it cannot borrow due to their share structure
-Even "if" Infinate R is a go, it takes $$$$ to move, advertise, sell, set up (distribution centers, etc.).....
-Still no news on the sale structure of Eco...again, I hope "shares" are not a part of the "valuation" process as indicated by the PR.....we need the $$$$! End of discussion!

So whats left?:

-R/S.
-R/M
-$$$$ from Eco, depending on how much debt the company has incurred and has to pay with it.

So someone tell me what the next move is. I think we'll all know by April 1. I've done some numbers of my own with my FA. I think its pretty safe to say the R/S will happen, but to what extent? My guess is we're looking at a 100/1 at a minimum.

Now! Lets say they do this....ok...how do they control the damage?:

-Cancel 60-70% of the shares to maintain value.
-Put it in their charter, that would require a vote from "non-company owned, restricted and/or preferred shareholders" if the A/S is to EVER be increased
-Begin a strong "transparency campaign"
-Begin a monthly Conference Call with the Shareholders to address concerns, followed by written/documented answers.
-Begin an "Accountability" campaign that assures the Shareholders we can not only ask for change in Leadership, but Vote on a change in Leadership. This would also include, establishing and publishing a "Responsibility and Accountabilty Matrix" that has defined and "Measurable Objectives and Targets." If a "Leader" is not performing to the standards or within range of standards, the Shareholder's Board have a right to Vote them out and replace them.

If you look at ANY legitimate company, they do business to a similar standard. Each leader has a reporting responsibility to the board. In this case, I'm saying the investors make up part of this board. This assures transparency and assures the company's direction is in EVERYONE's best interests.

This would also help settle the share structure issue and bring real value to the company. The company CANNOT just simply do a R/S and leave the Shareholders hanging. If they do, the only support group...the longs...and true faithful, will evaporate and chances are not return (only speaking for myself here, but thinking strategically).

Ok, thats enough....your thoughts?
