Sounds like an interesting prospect. If you can get in at a decent price, its better to "average up" on a strong up-trending stock, than to average down on a stock that keeps trending down. Its hard to get out on a bid thats above your average.

There are some posters on this board that are sitting on nice gains in IDTA. But the float is too large (1.25 billion) to sustain a decent uptrend without significant and material news (or manipulation).
