just got home. I was quite interested in a reply to my post earlier about listing on the sec.

How is it, that I can search for a company on the Gov. site, and the company pops right up. I search on a State site, it say's the name is available?

If a company crosses over the border, and gets with another company, does their US incorporated name then become available.
