I invested with the notion I am gambling. It popped up on a stock screen I ran and being in the industry of homeland security, I decided to take the risk. That and it has an awesome chart.

I disagree with you on the KISS explanation for this company. If the company were doing well financially, it would be to their advantage to pound their chests and show the numbers. That would increase share value. NOT providing numbers along with so many shares issued and outstanding would indicate they have most likely been diluting to fill a significant cash flow deficit.

So, that said, I'm in but probably won't hold this long term. I won't wait for years to see verifiable info substantiating press releases. Too many other penny stocks with strong balance sheets, earnings growth, and audited numbers where one could put their money.
