I agree. The only thing that I keep coming back to in my mind is that JD has been somwhat responsive to emails and telephone calls, which, if this is a scam, puts him at great legal risk if he stated any falsehoods, etc. This is why I really don't think this is a scam. I do think that JD is his own worst enemy with these ridiculous PRs. The PRs themselves have caused all the concern by their lack of substance... making it seem as if they are a smoke screen. I mean, he put out a PR about bringing the prototyping in-house while conveniently neglecting to say that the Carleton project had ended. So as I have been saying, it is time for JD to stop with the quaint 'I can't telegraph the next PR' and address spefic issues using direct, unambiguous language... no more saying that the state of the partnerships have not changed from the state they were in when they were announced, or whatever the heck he said in that email to Sho. He needs to answer these questions: Are the NDAs still in place and are deals still actively being pursued with respect to those NDAs? What is the status of the Carleton project? Are there partners or other parties with whom SYMW is working with? What is the status of the float... and why did he say it was unchanged? Are there things that JD was hopeful about but that have fallen through? (I can't get past his enthusiasm in his conversations with Sho... saying he was dying to put out a PR, etc. and then nothing). I'm sure there are many other things but these are the ones that I am thinking of right now.
