I was led to believe that the PIPE was officially registered on January 14th...so by my reckoning the PIPE shares become tradeable on July 14th. I could be wrong.....but I am a PIPE participant, so....and no, I do not plan on selling any of these shares once I can....I believe that quite a few of the people who purchased shares in this PIPE are longs like me and will not flood the market. imo
