Who stated it would take 20m to break even?

Figure 400k per quarter for total overhead. 40% margins in future. If I wasn't on cell phone I would show my numbers. I think company goes profitable in future as low as 1 million per Q in sales. With Mexcor I think we are there in present Q easily.
