Yes.. the land has been bought and paid for..though there are some provisions for stock performance that could eventually result in additional shares being issued. This land has already been deeded over to the Seneca Indian Tribe.

I think I remember reading in the yesterday's 10Q that the Tribal leaders were going to proceed with re-designating the land as indian trust lands or something like that so that construction could begin. I know they mentioned Stage One being developed or opened in 2010.
