Personally I have been taking little bits of profits from other trades to make small buys here and there lately.

I figure
A) I am fairly certain this is going to go up from here very soon so accumulation is good.
B) It hardly ever trades on the bid. Most of the float is probably bought up by folks like us just waiting for it to go off. So it's not very likely to go down in the short term.
C) Its not the only action I'm in so I'm not watching it 24/7 :)

Just my two cents. Obv make your own call that fits your risk profile.
