If I were running this company and was having troubles with ltf etc. and saw the potential of riches I would do anything to make sure we survive. If true survival is the fact here then Mark is jumping through many hoops. However, I think we are beyond true survival since the property holds so much potential and riches on and below the surface. If you have a better way through this than maybe you should make an offer.
