The only other issue I don't understand at this time is why Neustar has not made a investment in NEOM since they have the inside track in this market and know the potential.



Wouldn't that fall under some kind of insider trading rules if they had deals in the works that had not yet been disclosed? Like the Visa trials, etc.?
