Someone is trying to bid wack this pretty hard, problem is that 99% of all shareholders are tight, there were a few flippers that got in under .03 but by and large most of the people invested here are in for a longer haul rather than a short penny or two flip.
So bid wacking does not work when there is no desperation to sell. Anyone holding a position for the short term should get lucky about .06 on a spike from an event from the company.
