Trek7000, You are so wrong. Just because there is no signed contract that we are aware of dosen't mean Big Tips is lying. Duh, haven't you ever heard of a verbal contract they are just as legal as a signed contract as long as there is a witness to the event.
Furthermore, each cable company has its own jurisdiction (boundries) by federal law. Any smart CEO which most of them are or they would not be in that position, would not spend $5000.00 to $7000.00 in a system to broadcast that Network if there was no audiance.
With that said THE GAY EXPO IS REALLY THE ONLY FREE ADVERTISING THEY NEED WHAT PART OF THAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND.All Frank has to do now is answer the phone & say YES we can broadcast in that area for you, because I will bet a dollar to a donut that they have been inundated with calls from potential viewers to broadcast their area.
