ACDU, My last update reply from dated Feb 3rd. I have tried since with no rely. But it seems they are waiting for big news now before new P/R's due to critical response's about about lack of P/R substance! So next time should be big news....?

The Company is presently moving forward with the projects that we have outlined in our press releases and SEC filings. We routinely respond to email inquiries, albeit maybe not as fast as some would like. Presently our priority is in completing the necessary audits to enable us to be current in our SEC filings which will provide us the flexibility we need to complete the announced spinoffs.
