no,he just seems to be incompetant with respect to finances and public relations. if you have read the messages on this board and the small amount of pr's put out by the company ( missing especially when things appear to go well ) you will see that there is an absolute lack of management skills - i mean this is not a trillion dollar company - how long should AUDITED FINANCIALS TAKE... PULEEZZZ do you need proof of a lack of business acumen then follow the bouncing balls to see what hasn't been done in a timely manner by this ceo ( and i use the term loosely in his case ). after reading through the last several months of notes and information let me know if you still feel he is incompetant and if not, good luck to you. what are you his attorney?
