Its clear as day, this person was looking to track "hazardous materials" going, and coming from SPNG. There is no "accusing", its right here,

Question for the group.

Is it possible to track the inbound freight of hazardous materials going to a company and also separately track the outbound freight of hazardous waste from that same company?

Is that kind of data captured at either the federal or state level?

I'm interested in tracking this activity for a specific company located in a small town in Georgia, whose name and location I don't want to identify.

I'd just like to be able to track the truckloads of inbound hazardous materials going to their loading docks and the truckloads of hazardous waste going out.

Any ideas?
