QASP has no motive for "acting in an untruthful way" concerning restricted shares from the shell they used.

What would they gain from being "untruthful"? They could have screwed these shareholders who had restricted shares from EQUR principles. The same people who were later removed by shareholders from a class action lawsuit.

But Dean did the honorable thing and tried to lift the restriction.
