Simple response:
*Clients that remained went to Avery Partners.
*Assets, really none to mention, don't forget they were a body shop, never sold a real product.
*DG's role, his positive move may not be a positive move for the shell. It could be the last action of the BOD.
I have talked to several of the resources that use to work for Softnet, talked to several that moved to Avery and remain in contact with some of the back office staff. (Yes I use to work for Softnet/Inspara as a consultant)
Even with my contact with past employees, I have no insight into DG's mindset or direction.
