All the more reason to let facts, not emotional reaction to short term events govern actions. I like the TA for identifying entry points and strike prices, but selling this stock in the forseeable future especially just on TA is nothing but insanity because events like what you describe are entirely possible at any time. The fundamental value is here and cannot be dissolved instantly through some quick action. The biggest risk is actions that we ourselves may make in reaction to fear or greed emotions instead of logic and DD. It would be a shame and travesty to miss an instant 30 bagger increase in value like the real world history lesson you gave.
