If we get an 8K today, I think it will be AH. If it is indeed showing A>L then we might just get merger news with the 8K. If it is incomplete or shows A<L then why put it out. It would just be ammunition for the Trustee to help prove Corus Bankshares is in fact insolvent. The Trustee could then proceed with a lawsuit and force Corus Bankshares into BK. I think we either get good news or none at all. Looks to me that the 1000 share trade was an intentional walkdown by MM's trying to scare a few weak hands into selling. I hope we at least stay above .035 so we don't fall off the No Brainer Board. LOL.
