You have a long way to go when nphc becomes a marginable stock. You can't margin any over the-counter (otc) or bulletin board board stock, also thinly traded "pink sheet" can't be traded. In order for a stock to be margined, it has to trade above $3 for 5 consecutive days. If a stock is between $3 and $5 per share, the brokerage might increase the requirement levels of the account.Also, a marginable stock can't be traded unless it's on the NYSE, AMEX, or NASDAQ. Check it out, i don't believe i'm incorrect.
