Foot, the same argument was made before the automobile industry took off, or the technology/computer faze. There will always be ways to profit off change. Climate change is no different which is why China has spent a crapload of money on the industry. Denmark, Spain,Germany, etc... have spent more on preparing their countries for Climate Change as well. We are behind the curve because of corporate interests.

That being said, I hope you are right because the alternative will be devastating.
