It's not as easy as you think. So please do not insult me.

Firstly, I am on an oilrig in Norway.
Secondly, I cannot just close my TD Ameritrade because I have lots of other shares there.
Thirdly, if you want to open a different account and transfer money, it might take about a week. By that time the stock is probably above what I would like to buy at!!
