JVDT news this morning, new short term note financing issued 2M warrants at .05 (restricted); developing story here.

Actually I would rather have a CEO too busy trying to build his company to take lots of calls from shareholders. I wonder about the ones who seem to have nothing else to do but sit around a card table at the country club and dream up PRs about meaningless alliances and contract and LOIs with their fellow club members.
