A shareholder CAN'T do business for the company.... I'm sure everyone who might be involved is keenly aware of this. You weren't suggesting that anyone would represent themselves as being anything but a shareholder were you? One CAN, however talk to people... and ask questions and suggest talking to someone at the company... NO harm there. Only an up side as far as I see it.
