The word RESTRICTED should be in-between the words "include" and "shares". If that's what they are, they should be repped exactly as they are, whenever they are listed by the company hence the initial filing about them. This is an absurd courtesy to shareholders who might be new to the company and reading the filing on it's own merit before doing further DD? A very simple attention to accuracy actually.
