Hard evidence to me would be:

1) sustainable reportable profits or

2) significant contracts with known players on a scale above al sousa or

3) an independent lab stated that they produced a large quantity at low cost and that it was sustainable (giving actual numbers)

Being on Nasdaq means nothing fundamentally imo.
