YoOur insight and DD on this has been very, very good. I can only say this for myself, but I think that everyone on this board that is invested in KATX is exteremely appreciative of what you have done so far.

My question to you, and this is only a guess on your part (I understand that), is when do you actually see us going back above .10, or even .20? Again, I realize that it is only a guess on your part, but you seem to have a little more information than the average person!
