Scottrade blocked me out of IDGI missed a huge run!!!

had to call in other times on penny stock, they bought the stock for me then when I felt a pullback I sold fine but when I wanted to rebuy it for the pullback amount they would not put the order through. Then later when the pp's went back up I called again and then it was no problem. Something funny going on with them and the MM's. TD i heard does this at times as well.
